Growing up in the restaurant industry, food has always been a love and passion for Chef Alessandra. Working in her family’s Italian deli and restaurant introduced Chef Alessandra to her future path as a chef.

She’ve worked in a variety of professional kitchens from private schools, popular restaurants and even senior living establishments. Now she work as a private Chef in a beautiful women’s retreat and teach cooking classes.

Chef Alessandra’s passion is delicious and nutritious vegan foods. Sharing some of her favorite vegan recipes with others is incredibly gratifying and keeps her motivated every day.
