Swedish/French Chef & TV-Host, and Cookbook Author

Danyel Couet is one of Sweden’s most famous chefs, and has his base in the French kitchen, He’s written several cookbooks and participated both as a chef as well as a judge in a number of Swedish cooking shows. During the last 25 years, he’s been part of the opening of more than 20 restaurants, running the restaurant corporate group F12 together with his colleague and chef Melker Andersson.

Today Danyel Couet runs his own restaurants Allegrine and Manufacture, and is in the process of opening yet another restaurant on the Swedish island Gotland.
