Chef Enrico is both an innovative culinary expert and a teacher born and raised in Rome, Italy. His passion for food started in the early stages of his life with exquisite authentic Italian food, from recipes and culinary techniques handed down from generation to generation.

Inspired by his love for food and travels, Chef Enrico has worked in different restaurants around the world and learned several cultures’ cuisine and techniques. With already 15 years of experience in the culinary world, he loves to share his knowledge and experience with people that are passionate about food.
