Chef Ma


30+ years professional experience in pastry and baking

In her 30+ years of career, Chef Ma incorporates her passion for the art and science of baking through the desserts, breads, and pastry she creates for the French-inspired bakeries and hotel.

In her 40s, she headed the hotel bakery, where she oversaw bread and pastry production for the hotel’s restaurants. Chef Ma is also a decorated chef in her own right, having won medals in the prestigious Grand Prix of Bakery competitions and cake decorating competition.
