Part of his mission is to simplify fine dining for home cooks. He teaches how to make homemade, yet elegant foods using common household appliances and utensils typically found in kitchens.
He explores all types of cuisines with a focus on French cooking. He believes in “perfecting” food as opposed to merely cooking and wants to go on this adventure with you.
