For so many people, pizza is the ultimate comfort food. This Potato Crust Pizza is great for a change and yields a soft and chewy pizza crust made from potatoes. Bye-bye, delivery guy!

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup Potato
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 5 slice Tomato
  • 2 cup Italian Sauce
  • 0.5 cup Scallion
  • 4 tbsp. Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Ketchup
  • 40 g Cheese
  • 1 cup Salami
  • 1 tbsp. Basil

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Smashed the boiled potatoes by gently press down on each potato, add milk, salt, pepper, flour, sugar and baking powder. Use the whisk to mix well.

In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and potato dough, press the dough into a circle shape. Pan fry for 5 min, flip to another side, and cook for 2 min.

Spread tomato sauce, ketchup and cheese onto the potato pizza, top with sliced tomatoes, Italian sausage and sliced salami, sprinkle with basil. Bake for 425°F (220°C) for 15 minutes.
