Air Fryer Buffalo Wings

The ever popular airfryer that's mainly using hot air with very little or no oil. A healthy alternative that reduces the fat needed the cooking process, but still producing crispy food. These chicken wings turn out so succulent and soak up the homemade buffalo hot sauces superbly. The dry buttermilk mix is such a handy go to base for yoghurt, mayonnaise, sour cream and the likes. INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 1 Spray a Little Olive Oil
  • 2 lb. Chicken Wings, separated into wings and drumbettes
  • Marinade
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • Dried Buttermilk Mix
  • 1 cup Buttermilk powder
  • 2 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • ¼ cup Dried parsley
  • Tbsp Dried chives
  • 2 tsp Dried dill
  • Homemade Ranch
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • Tbsp Lemon juice
  • Hot Sauceㅤ 】ㅤ
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • ¼ Cup Hot sauce of choice (Homemade, Frank's Red Hot, Etc)
  • tsp Black pepper
  • tsp Salt
  • Butter Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Unsalted butter, melted (or sub coconut oil)
  • 2 Tsp Honey
  • ¼ Cup Hot sauce of choice (Homemade, Frank's Red Hot, Etc)
  • tsp Black pepper

  • Vegetable
  • 2 slices Celery

Spray Air Fryer tray with non-stick.

Season chicken wings with pepper and salt.

Evenly lay out chicken wings so they are not touching each other.

Bake at 350°F/177°C for 20 minutes, flipping at the halfway mark.

Combine all the [Dried Buttermilk Mix] in a large bowl.

When ready to mix into the dressing, add 3T [Dried Buttermilk Dough] to greek yogurt and add milk (or slightly more, depending on preference) and lemon juice

Turn up the heat to 400°F/204°C and cook an additional 5-6 minutes.

Combine fat and hot sauce in a medium bowl. Dip the wings in the hot sauce and enjoy while crispy!
