  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/2 Lime, juiced
  • 1 pinch Salt, to Taste
  • 1 pinch Pepper, to Taste
  • tbsp. Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Chili Powder

Place eggs in a saucepan with cold water cover eggs by 1 inch. Heat over high heat to boiling for 10 minutes. Transfer to colander and put into cold running water and peel.

Slice the eggs in half lengthwise.

Scoop the egg yolks into a bowl. Add avocado cubes seasoning with salt and pepper and hot pepper sauce. Mix well.

Fill the egg-white halves with the yolk mixture using a spoon. Sprinkle with chili powder. Enjoy.
