This fluffy, delicious and warm fried rice is perfect for breakfast lunch or dinner. The flavor of the egg and the rice go incredibly well together, all topped with tasty bacon. This way, you can satisfy your cravings and your hunger at the same time.

Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp. Cooking Oil
  • 3 Large Egg
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 3 Cooked Bacon, diced
  • 2 cup Cooked Brown Rice
  • 1 Sausage, diced
  • 2 tbsp. Peas Carrots
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 2 stalk Green Onion, Chopped

First dice the sausage, chop the cooked bacon, and shred the green onion.

Turn on medium and low heat then put oil in the wok. Fry the eggs then add black pepper and salt to taste.

Pour in the cooked brown rice and stir fry first (any kind of rice is fine).

Add the peas, carrots, soy sauce, and chopped green onion. Stir fry a few times to finish.
