Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken Breast

  • 0.5 cup Cream Cheese
  • 0.25 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 0.3 cup Parsley
  • 0.3 cup Olive
  • 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 6 oz Bacon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Halved the chicken breast into a butterfly shape. Use a mallet to beat the meat. Seasoning with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, add cream cheese, chopped olives, sun dried tomatoes and parsley. Mixture well. Spread the creamy sauce inside the chicken breast.

Roll the chicken breast as a stick shape. Coat some bacon slices.

In another bowl, whisk yellow mustard, ketchup and honey. Mixture well. Spread the sauce on the chicken rolls. Transfer to an oven, bake at 356°F (180°C) for 35 minutes.
