  • 1 tsp. Cooking Oil

  • 1/4 cup Cooking Oil
  • 1/4 cup Garlic, Minced
  • 1/4 cup Raw Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. White Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Cornstarch Mixture (1 to 2 Ratio of Cornstarch to Water)
  • Topping
  • 1 tbsp. Red Thai Chili Peppers
  • 1 tbsp. Green Onion, Chopped

Spread a layer of oil on the eggplant.

Put it in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes over 300°F/150°C.

Put oil in a pot and turn on medium heat. Pour in the mashed garlic and deep-fry to make golden brown. Take it up and put it in a bowl for later use. Pay attention that the fire is not too high during the cooking process, otherwise it will burn easily.
