Baked Pasta and Meatballs

  • For the Meatball

  • 1 oz Basil
  • 3 oz Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • For the Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 3.5 oz Onion
  • 28 oz Canned Diced Tomato
  • 2 cup Chicken Broth
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt
  • ¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 7.4 oz Dried Pasta (Like Penne)
  • 1.8 oz Parmesan Cheese
  • 4.6 oz Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ oz Basil (For Garnish)

In a medium bowl, add the ground beef, basil, a finely chopped onion, garlic, and tomato paste. Season with salt and black pepper, mix well.

Take a small portion of the meat mixture, roll it into medium-sized balls.

Gently fry the meatball until golden brown.

Remove to a plate, set aside.

Allow the sauce to come to a boil then add the uncooked pasta straight to the pan with the meatballs and cook for about 7 minutes.

In an oven-safe bowl, add the meatballs, pour the pasta over the meatballs,
