Ingredients:
  • 10 count Potato
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 250 ml Heavy Cream
  • 250 ml Chicken Stock
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Ham
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 sprig Rosemary
  • 5 slice Toast

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Peel and cut potatoes. Leave 1/4-inch of the bottom of the potato intact. Place on a plate. (place the potato on a large spoon so the edges of the spoon prevent you from slicing completely through the potato.)

To make sauce: in a bowl, add sour cream, heavy cream, chicken stock, salt and pepper. Stir well and pour onto the potatoes. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 50 minutes.

Melt butter in a pan, add chopped ham, rosemary, bread crumbs. And place into the baked potatoes, bake at 400°F (200°C) for another 10 minutes.
