Barbecued Fish Skewers

  • 2 lb Whole Fish, Filleted, Keep One Fillet With Skin On.
  • 1 tsp Salt [Marinade 1]
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder [Marinade 1]
  • 1 tbsp Five-Spice Powder [Marinade 1]
  • 1 oz Bell Pepper, Cut Into About 1-inch Square Pieces
  • 1 oz Green Bell Pepper, Cut Into About 1-inch Square Pieces
  • 1 oz Onion, Cut Into About 1-inch Square Pieces
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper [Marinade 2]
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper [Marinade 2]
  • 3 tbsp Caramelized Onions & Red Wine Sauce

Cut fish the skinless fillet into about 1-inch cubes. And coat with salt, chili powder, and Chinese five-spice powder evenly.

Thread bell peppers, onion, and fish onto skewers.

Cut another fillet into three equal pieces.

Sprinkle with black pepper and salt on the fillet.
