Ingredients:
  • 2 lb. Whole Fish, Filleted, Keep One Fillet With Skin On.
  • 1 tsp. Salt [Marinade 1]
  • 1 tbsp. Red Chili Powder [Marinade 1]
  • 1 tbsp. Five-Spice Powder [Marinade 1]
  • 1 oz. Bell Pepper, Cut Into About 1-inch Square Pieces
  • 1 oz. Green Bell Pepper, Cut Into About 1-inch Square Pieces
  • 1 oz. Onion, Cut Into About 1-inch Square Pieces
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper [Marinade 2]
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper [Marinade 2]
  • 3 tbsp. Caramelized Onions & Red Wine Sauce

Cut fish the skinless fillet into about 1-inch cubes. And coat with salt, chili powder, and Chinese five-spice powder evenly.

Thread bell peppers, onion, and fish onto skewers.

Cut another fillet into three equal pieces.

Sprinkle with black pepper and salt on the fillet.

Grill the fish fillet and fish skewer on the rack with the lid closed for 10 minutes.
