Ingredients:
  • 7 oz. Pork Tenderloin, Cut Into 2-inch Cubes
  • 1 lb. Rice, Cooked And Cooled In The Refrigerator For At Least 2 Hours Or Up To Overnight
  • 3 count Eggs, Beaten
  • 5.25 oz. Shrimp, Peeled
  • 1 tbsp. Peas, Cooked
  • 0.25 cup Purple Cabbage, Chopped
  • 1 oz. Carrot, Cooked
  • 1 tbsp. Green Onion, Chopped
  • 1 tsp. Honey
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp. White Wine
  • 1 tsp. Soy Sauce
  • 0.25 cup Chinese BBQ Sauce (Char Siu Sauce)
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Vegetable oil

Take the marinade sauce (Honey, Garlic Powder, White Wine, Soy Sauce and Chinese BBQ Sauce) and cover the pork tenderloin on all sides. Marinate for 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 350ºF(150ºC). Using a wooden stick, skew 4 - 5 marinated pork cubes together. Repeat for the rest. Put the pork on a baking rack and bake for 30 minutes. When the pork is done, slice it into bite size cubes.

While the pork is cooking you can start the fried rice. Heat up 2 tablespoon of the vegetable oil over medium-high heat in a wok or a heavy bottomed non-stick pan. Add the cooked rice to the wok and stir frying until well mixed with the eggs. Next, add salt and pepper until combined well. Add the peas, carrots, purple cabbage, chopped green, diced pork to the rice, stir to combine and serve. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked through. Add the shrimp and cook for an additional 20 seconds.
