This is an easy fried rice recipe that includes a medley of delicious ingredients. It is not only simple to make but includes a variety of tastes and textures you would want in a perfect fried rice. The beef and egg from the dish make it an especially filling meal for any event.

Ingredients:
  • 9 oz. Beef Flank Steak
  • Marinade
  • 1/2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tbsp. Corn Starch
  • 1/2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • StirFry The Beef
  • 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Onion, Diced
  • 3 Large Egg
  • 1 tsp. Shaoxing Wine
  • 2 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Carrot, Diced
  • 1 tbsp. Green Onion
  • 1 tbsp. Green Peas
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper

Slice the beef.

Marinade the beef: Add soy sauce, egg, corn starch and 1/2 cooking oil. Then massage the beef with those ingredients so that it is covered evenly. Marinate for 10-20 minutes.

Turn your skillet to a medium high heat and pour 2tbsp cooking oil into the bottom of your skillet. Then add the marinated beef from Step 2 and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

After the meat changes color, add black pepper, diced green onion, and egg. When you add egg, remember to cook it as you would making scrambled eggs.

Add Shaoxing wine and cooked white rice. Stir the rice with other ingredients to keep the rice from sticking together and getting mushy.

Then add soy sauce, oyster sauce, diced carrot, chopped green onion, green peas, and 1/4 black pepper. Stir fry to mix ingredients well.
