Ingredients:
  • 10 oz. Pork Tenderloin
  • ㅤMarinade
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Wine
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. White Pepper
  • 2 tsp. Custard Powder
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/2 cup Corn Starch
  • 2 tbsp. Water
  • 2 tsp. Cooking Oil
  • ㅤSeasoning
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic, Minced
  • 2 tbsp. Red and Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Onion, Diced
  • 1 tbsp. Green Onion, Chopped
  • 1 tsp. Shaoxing Wine
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp. White Sesame

Cut the pork tenderloin into 1-inch x 3-inch long strips.

Add salt, black pepper, cooking wine, (if there is no cooking wine, you can use low-alcohol white wine instead) soy sauce, cayenne red pepper powder, garlic powder, white pepper, and custard powder. Mix well. Add eggs, cornstarch (add the appropriate amount in several times), water, and oil (the purpose of adding the oil is to fry it out and make it brighter). Mix and marinate for 10 minutes.

Put 1 tsp of oil on the marinated pork before frying. The purpose is to loosen the meat. Then put it in a frying pan and fry it over medium-to-low heat, carefully placing it in the frying pan one by one. Fry at 350°F/ 180°C for 3-5 minutes and then remove it.

When the oil temperature rises to 400°F again, refry it for 1-2 minutes until golden brown, then remove it and drain the oil on kitchen paper. The purpose of re-frying is to spit out the excess oil and to make the meat more crispy.

Turn on medium heat. Add butter, minced garlic, red and green bell peppers, onion, chopped green onion, and fry until fragrant. Pour a little Shaoxing cooking wine then add the fried pork strips and stir fry a few times. Pour in garlic salt, black pepper, and white sesame seeds. Stir-fry evenly so that the seasonings are evenly wrapped.
