Melt-In-Your-Mouth Braised Pork Belly (Dong Po Rou)

This Melt-in-your-mouth and Fall-apart tender Chinese braised pork belly, known as Dong Po Rou in Chinese, is a classic and traditional Chinese specialty dish.

  • 2 lb Pork Belly
  • 1 oz Ginger
  • 7 oz Green Onion
  • 1 piece Bamboo net
  • 5 cup Cooking Wine
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 0.25 cup Rock Sugar

Removing hair on pork skin. Heat up wok, When it hot, put in pork belly with skin side down and push it against wok bottom to burn hair on it.
