Ingredients:
  • 7 oz. Broccoli
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Mashed Garlic
  • 9 oz. Peeled Shrimp
  • 5 oz. Squid
  • 1/2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. White Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Water
  • 1/4 cup Carrot, Sliced
  • 2 tbsp. Xo Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Slurry( 1 Tbsp of Cornstarch and 2 Tbsp of Water. )

Blanch the broccoli in boiling water.

Remove it and let it cool in ice water, then dry it for use.

Put oil in a pot over medium heat to stir-fry the garlic and shrimp.

Add squid rolls, Shaoxing cooking wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, white vinegar, water, carrot slices, broccoli, XO sauce and slurry (for thickening).
