  • 490 g Chicken breast
  • 90 g Broccoli, diced
  • 0.5 cup Edamame, shelled
  • 1 cup Cashew, toasted
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 tsp. Garlic
  • 1 tsp. Ginger
  • 1 tsp. Scallion
  • Chicken Marinade
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 0.5 tsp. Salt
  • 0.25 tsp. Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Corn starch
  • 2 tbsp. Cooking oil
  • Sauce
  • 0.25 cup Light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 pinch White pepper
  • 0.5 tbsp. Corn starch

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.

Mix in salt and sprinkle some water to tenderize it. Add cornstarch and oil. Set aside while prepare other ingredients.

Chop the green onions, ginger, and mince the garlic.

In a wok on high heat, add oil and stir fry the ginger and garlic to enhance the oil’s flavor. Stir in the marinated chicken until 75% cooked and add the broccoli, green beans, red pepper, and stir until fully cooked.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, pepper, cornstarch, and pour it into the pan to stir fry. Add cashew nuts and chopped green onion.
