400gsoft tofu (1 pack)
5oz.ground pork
2oz.onion
2oz.mushroom
2oz.carrot
4oz.asparagus
1tbspred wine
½tspsalt
1pinchblack pepper
½tspsugar
1tbspgarlic butter
2cupsmilk

Cut off center part of tofu and make a rectangle tofu bowl.

In a large glass bowl, mix ground pork, tofu, red wine, and black pepper.

Set burner at high. In a large non-stick pan, add 1 tbsp garlic butter, and place meatballs evenly into the pan. Turn each meatball occasionally till it's done. Transfer meatballs to a large plate, set aside.

In the same pan, add onion, mushroom, and milk. Mix well. Add in meatballs, carrot, asparagus, black pepper, and ¼ tsp salt. Mix well and let the sauce thicken for a while.

Place meatballs inside the tofu bowl and dress with the sauce. Top with slice of American cheese. Bake at 325°F/170°C for 10 minutes.
