Chef John’s Pork Sauce with Noodle

A homemade beef sauce is great for when you are on the go. This rich, flavorful sauce can be preprepared so that when you need to grab a bite, you can pair it with bread, rice or noodles, making it both convenient and delicious.

Dice the tenderloin.

①You have to keep stirring when you make the sauce, otherwise it will stick the pot.

After cooling, put the prepared sauce in a glass container and put it in the refrigerator. You can use it as a dip for bread, or mix it with bibimbap, or noodles and stir-fried vegetables when you want to eat it.

Red onion has a high moisture content, so it must be boiled first to neutralize it with onion, ginger and garlic.
