  • 1 lb Carrots, chopped
  • 6 oz Celery, chopped
  • 7 oz Shallots, chopped
  • 3.5 oz Green onion, chopped
  • 01 oz Cilantro, chopped
  • 2.5 oz Garlic clove, sliced
  • 2 oz Ginger slices
  • 2 cup Light soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup Dark soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp Maggi soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup Shaoxing wine
  • 1 tsp Sweet Black Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dried shrimps
  • 3 count Dried scallops
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 oz Sugar
  • 0.5 count Lemon

In a cooking pot, add water first, then add the following ingredients in the water. carrots, celery, shallots, green onion, cilantro, garlic, and ginger slices. Bring to a boil, then continue to boil for 10-15 minutes.
