  • 1 cup Chicken Breast
  • 0.33 cup Carrot
  • 0.33 cup Cabbage
  • 0.33 cup Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 0.33 cup Onion
  • 2 tbsp. Scallion
  • 2 tbsp. Celery
  • 3 piece Mushrooms
  • Marinade
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Corn Starch
  • 1 large Egg White
  • 0.5 tbsp. Oil
  • Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 0.5 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Lard

Shred chicken breast into strips, then season with soy sauce, sugar, corn starch, egg white, and oil for 10 minutes.
