Ingredients:
  • 9 oz. Chinese broccoli
  • tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Chef Made Supreme Soy Saucesee 'Chef John's Supreme Soy Sauce' Video
  • 1 tbsp Green onion, chopped
  • ½ half Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Peel the steamed part of Chinese broccoli that is without leaves attached. Then shape it like a pencil.

In a pot over high heat, bring enough water to a boil. Add salt and Chinese broccoli then quickly stir for 10 seconds. Remove from the pot and drain.

Place the Chinese broccoli on a serving plate, drizzle Chef John's Supreme Soy Sauce ( Please refer to "Chef John's Supreme Soy Sauce" video for recipe) on top and sprinkle chopped green onion with shredded red bell pepper.

In a small pan over medium heat, heat a couple tablespoons of cooking oil. Pour the hot oil on the chopped green onion.
