  • 0.5 tbsp Minced ginger
  • 0.5 tbsp Finely chopped green onion
  • 1 count Egg
  • 1 stick Chinese Donut (you can find this in Chinese Supermarkets).
  • 2 tbsp Corn Starch
  • 2 oz Chopped Pineapple
  • 0.5 count Lemon juice, to taste
  • 1 tbps Mayonnaise, to taste

In a mixing bowl, combine minced shrimp, Shaoxing wine, white pepper, salt, sugar, minced ginger, and finely chopped green onion. Mix completely.
