  • ½ cup yellow cooking wine
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp dark soy sauce
  • ¼ cup rock sugar
  • ¼ cup water

Cut pork belly into 1-inch cubes.

In a large skillet over medium heat, stir and cook pork till golden brown.
