  • 1 tsp Tartar powder
  • 8 large Egg yolks
  • 3 oz Milk
  • 3 oz Vegetable oil
  • 5 oz Flour

  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 14 oz White chocolate
  • 2 cup Strawberry
  • 2 cup Whipped cream

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Egg white mixture: in a large bowl, add the egg whites, sugar, and tartar powder, and beat until you see hard peaks when lifting the mixer up.

Egg yolk mixture: in another large bowl, whisk egg yolk, milk, vegetable oil until evenly combined. Then add cake flour and baking powder, salt, and whisk to make sure there are no lumps.

Take about ¼ of the egg whites and fold them into the egg yolk mixture, then repeat with remaining egg whites until batter is evenly combined.

Transfer batter to prepared 14 x 10 inches baking sheet pan and smooth the top with an offset spatula.

Bake 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool completely.

Place ⅔ of white chocolate in a dry bowl and place it on a pot filled with water. Heat the pot over medium heat. After the water boils, change to a low heat.
