Cod Fish With Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Caper Sauce

Themed with a mediterranean style throughout this dish, the cod fillet is seared to a tangy flaky perfection. The contrast of the rich sundried tomatoes and capers gives it a vivid colour and unique flavours for this creative delicious dinner, and to add a touch more texture and fine dining look, served the cod with some sautéed straw mushrooms .
