  • ㅤMarinade
  • 2 tbsp. Lemon, Juiced
  • 0.5 tsp. Salt
  • 0.5 tsp. White Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Olive Oil ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ
  • Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Crushed Chili
  • 1 tbsp. Capers
  • 2 tbsp. White Wine
  • 2 tbsp. Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • 0.25 tsp. Salt
  • 0.25 tsp. White Pepper ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ
  • For The Mushroom
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • half half Onion
  • 3 oz. Mushroom
  • 0.5 tsp. Salt
  • 0.25 tsp. White Pepper
  • 2 Sprigs Parsley, minced

Preheat the oven 180°C/350°

Lay the cod pieces on the baking sheet and brush both sides with oil and lemon juice and season.

Place it in the oven for 6 minutes.

In a medium heated pan add oil, garlic, butter, dried chilies, white wine, sun dried tomatoes and capers.

Cook together until ingredients are reduced in liquid (this creates the perfect flavours) gently place the cod and cook gently on both sides or until the fish takes on the sauce elements.

In a medium heat pan sauté the sliced onions and mushrooms until light and golden, season and serve alongside your cod dish.
