Cola Pork Ribs

- 2 lb Pork Rib
- 5 Stalks of Large Green Onion
- 1 oz Ginger, Sliced
- 3 oz Rock Sugar
- 1 can Cola
- 2 tsp Shaoxing Cooking Wine
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ cup Sweet Black Rice Vinegar
- 1 cup Cold Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- Half Lime ㅤ
- Sweet Black Rice Vinegar
Cut the ribs into pieces.
Fry them in oi at 120°-150°c/250°F-300°F.
Take the ribs out when all peices turn golden brown.
Put the ribs in the pot and stir with ginger, anthracene, rock sugar. At the same time, boil the Cola and add cooking wine, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, Zhenjiang balsamic vinegar, and water. After boiling, add a little salt.
Cover the lid with cinnamon powder and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
Lastly add a little sweet black rice vinegar and lime juice.
