  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 tbsp. Onion
  • 2 tbsp. Carrot
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 cup Water
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 cup Cream Style Corn
  • 1 cup Corn Kernels
  • 10 medium Mussels
  • 2 tbsp. Green Peas
  • 1 stalk Thyme

Put butter in a hot pan. Stir until butter is melted.

Add flour and mix it into a paste.

Then add onions, carrots, chicken broth, milk and water. Stir it while boiling.
