Crispy Cheese-Stuffed Chicken

  • 1 cup Corn Starch
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Cooking Oil

Place the chicken breast on a cutting board, horizontally split it by cutting at ¾ depth. Do not cut through. Open it like a book.

Pound the chicken breasts a few times to tenderize.

Sprinkle the following seasonings onto the chicken in turns: white wine, freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt, and ground black pepper.

Fold the chicken breast together, make sure the cheeses unexposed.

Coat  the stuffed chicken breast with corn starch, followed by the egg liquid, and bread crumbs.

In a pan with enough cooking oil, pan-fry the chicken breast until golden on both sides.
