Ingredients:
  • 500 g Chicken Breast and Chicken Thigh
  • 2 cup Buttermilk
  • 0.3 cup Shallot
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 0.1 cup Rosemary
  • 2 cup Flour
  • 1 tbsp. Paprika Powder
  • 0.5 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp. White Pepper Powder
  • 0.5 tsp. Basil Powder
  • 0.5 tsp. Oregano Powder
  • 1 tsp. Ginger Powder
  • 1 tsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 3 cup Cooking Oil [Fried-Chicken]
  • 1 tsp. Cooking Oil [For Stir-Fry Veggies]
  • 0.5 cup Bacon
  • 50 g Broccoli Rabe
  • 0.3 cup Onion
  • 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 0.25 cup Bell Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 0.5 tbsp. Chili Flakes
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 0.1 cup Water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Clean and debone the chicken breast and thigh. Set aside.

Pour buttermilk in a large bowl, and add chopped shallot, garlic and rosemary. Place the chicken in. Marinate for 30 minutes.

In another large bowl, add flour, paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper powder, basil powder, oregano powder, ginger powder, brown sugar and salt. Coat the marinated chicken with seasoning. And then back to dip the sauce again. Then coat with a blend mixture again. Keep repeating the action twice. (Tip: This action will let the fried chicken be more crispier.)

Place the chicken in a pot with boiling oil and fry until it turns golden brown.

Transfer the fried chicken to the oven, and grill at 375°F / 190°C for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, warm up a skillet with medium-high heat, put in chopped bacon, chopped onion and broccoli rabe. Seasoning with salt and apple cider vinegar. Stir-fry well. Transfer to the serving plate.

Warm up another pan, add cooking oil, minced garlic, chili flakes and honey. Cook until the sauce becomes thick.

Chop the fried chicken and place it with veggies. Baste the honey sauce on the chicken and serve immediately. Enjoy!
