Pork belly is a popular dish among many cultures and is enjoyed by many due to its juicy meat and crisp, golden skins. This recipe will show you how to make a flavorful pork belly that is a plethora of tastes and textures.

Mix salt, garlic salt, Onion Powder, Italian Seasoning, Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Powder, Smoked Paprika, Five Spice Powder, and Brown Sugar together.

Carve the pork belly horizontally and vertically. The cuts should be about 0.5 inches into the meat.

Apply the 【Dry Rub】 evenly onto the pork belly. Remember, do not apply it on the pork belly skin

Make a simple box with foil to wrap up the seasoned pork belly. Make sure the skin side is facing up.

Apply a layer of White Vinegar and a little bit salt. White Vinegar can help take away extra water from the meat

Bake it in the oven at a low temperature 90°C-110°C/200°F-220°F for an hour to dry the skin. This way, the skin is crispy
