These delicious curry chicken wings are just the kick that you’ll need for a flavorful meal. They are perfect for a simple meal or even just a snack.

Ingredients:
  • 12 oz. Chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp. Cooking oil
  • For Stir-fry
  • tbsp. Butter
  • 2 tbsp. Onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp. Carrot, minced
  • 1 tbsp. Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Green onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Curry powder
  • Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. Shaoxing wine
  • 1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground salt
  • 2 cup Chicken broth

Make two oblique cuts on the chicken wings: doing so will create a larger surface area, allowing for the seasonings to better incorporate.

Mince the carrots, onions, scallions, and parsley.

Pour some oil into a medium frying pan and set over medium heat, drop the chicken wings in and fry for 3 to 5 minutes.

When one side has changed color, turn over and fry for another 3 to 5 minutes. This way the wings will keep a nice appearance, and some of the fat under the skin is extracted.

Once the chicken wings are ready, pour out the excess oil.

In the same pan as the wings, over medium heat, add all ingredients of【For Stir-fry】, then stir-fry thoroughly.

Add in all the【Seasoning】 (For chicken broth needs enough to barely reach the top of the wings, but not cover them).

Once the soup boils, reduce to low heat, cover with the lid and simmer for 15 minutes.
