Ingredients:

  • 2 large Chicken Thighs
  • 1/2 cup Beer
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 half Lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Maggi Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Paprika Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Five Spice Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • For Bake
  • 1 tsp. Olive Oil
  • For The Vegetables
  • 1 lb. Baby Potatoes
  • 5 oz. Cherry Tomato
  • 1 large Onion, Sliced
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary
  • 3 sprigs Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil

First, use the tip of a knife to cut the chicken thighs in the middle. This will allow the chicken to cook more easily.

Add a little beer and massage it into the chicken, then add half a lemon's juice and massage again.

Add black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, garlic salt, Worcester soy sauce, Maggi soy sauce, chili powder, five-spice powder, cumin, sugar and honey then mix with the chicken evenly, and marinate for 30 minutes.

Put small potatoes, small tomatoes, yellow onion slices in a baking dish, add a few sprigs of rosemary and thyme to increase the aroma.
