Ingredients:
  • 700 g Brussels Sprouts
  • 12 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp. Nutmeg
  • 4 count Eggs
  • 2 tbsp. Flour
  • 1 sheet Pastry
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Cut Brussels sprouts into half and make them clean. Transfer into a pot with boiling salted water, and cook about 5 minutes. Drain well.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, add cream cheese, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Whisk 4 eggs. Mixture well. Set aside.

On a breadboard, sprinkle some flour and put on pastry. Roll the surface to flat and tender. Place the pastry on a bowl and fold to fit the shape.

In the same bowl, add the cooked Brussels sprouts and pour the mixture sauce in. Transfer to the oven and bake at 370°F (188°C) for 30 minutes.
