Baking fish in parchment paper is a easy, healthy and tasty way to cook it. Plus, it’s so simple you can have it ready in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
  • 1 count Dorade
  • 5 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Red chili
  • 0.5 tbsp. Scallion
  • 1 tbsp. Capers
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp. Parsley
  • 0.5 tbsp. Basil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. Baby spinach
  • 1 count Tomato
  • 1 tbsp. White wine

In a small bowl, add garlic, chili, scallion, capers, lemon zest, parsley, basil, salt and olive oil. Crushing well. Set aside.

Place the baking sheet on a tray, place baby spinach, sliced tomato and dorade. Spread the crushing dressing on the fish. Drip some white wine. Coated the fish with a baking sheet.
