  • 4 oz Mushroom
  • 1 tsp Shaoxing Wine
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • ½ tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp XO Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Slurry( 1 Tbsp of Cornstarch and 2 Tbsp of Water. )
  • ¼ cup Carrot, Sliced
