Garlic Beef Stir Fry

An amazingly flavorful stir fry drizzled with garlicky brown sauce. This garlic beef stir fry is fast and healthy for weeknight dinner. It can be served on its own or with rice.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 lb Beef Steak
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Wine
  • tsp Misou
  • 4.5 oz. Asparagus
  • 2.4 oz. Red Chili Pepper
  • 1.8 oz. Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp Balsamico Vinegar
  • tsp White Sugar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Sesame Seeds

Cut beef steak into bite-size pieces and add to a bowl, combine with soy sauce, rice wine and miso. Mix well and marinade for 10 minutes.

Cut asparagus into small pieces, chop red chili pepper, peel off the garlic. Set aside.

Heat oil in a skillet, add garlic and stir until golden brown.

Remove the garlic cloves to a bowl.

In the same skillet, add marinated steak pieces and cook for a while stirring until colored.

Return the garlic to the skillet, add asparagus, red chili peppers, and season with oyster sauce, balsamico vinegar and white sugar.
