Preheat oven to 350° F (180°C). Cut the stems off of each of the mushrooms and finely chop them, setting the mushroom caps aside for later.

Heat the butter in a pan over high heat. Cook the chopped garlic, red onion, ground turkey, frozen shrimp for about 3 to 4 minutes, constantly stirring. Add chopped stems, white wine, spinach and cook for another 1 minutes. Remove from heat.

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cooked stems, salt, garlic powder, breadcrumbs, mixing until evenly combined.

In a large baking sheet, space out the mushroom caps evenly, upside down. Spoon a generous amount of cream cheese mixture on top of each mushroom.

Top each mushroom with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.

Garnish with a sprinkle of grated cheese and sunflower sprouts, then serve!
