  • Fried Garlic Oil
  • 1/4 cup Cooking Oil
  • 1/4 cup Garlic, Minced (1cup for fry, ¼ cup for mix)
  • 1/4 cup Garlic, Minced
  • 1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. White Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Cornstarch Mixtureㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
  • For The Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. Lemon Juiceㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
  • Topping
  • 1 cup Mexican Style Cheese

Add oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour in the garlic and deep fry until golden brown. (Make sure that the heat is not on too high during the cooking process, otherwise it will burn easily.)

Put half of the fried minced garlic and the other half of the raw garlic in a bowl.

Add oyster sauce, sugar, salt, white pepper, and water starch. Mix well and set aside.

Mix the mayonnaise with lemon juice and set aside.
