  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 pinch Sesame
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Pepper to taste

Cut the chicken into strips and season with salt, pepper, egg and cornstarch.

Heat oil in a deep pot. Add chicken pieces and fry until golden.

Now prepare the Gochujang (a.k.a Korean chili sauce) by adding oil, chopped garlic, chili sauce, water and honey to a skillet.
