Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
  • 10 Pieces Honey Glazed Walnuts
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 count Egg
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Wine
  • 1 lb. Cornstarch
  • Sauce
  • 9 oz. Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 oz. Powdered Sugar

In a large bowl, add shrimp, salt, wine and egg. Mix and coat shrimp thoroughly.

Dredge shrimp in cornstarch, shake off excess.

Heat oil to 120°C-150°C / 250°F-300°F, deep fry shrimp until cooked through, take shrimp out.

Heat oil to 150-180°C/ 300-350°F, Re-fry shrimp for 30 second.

In another bowl, combine mayonnaise and powdered sugar. Drop fried shrimps in sauce. Stir and mix thoroughly.
