  • Marinade
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Shaoxing Cooking Wine
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 Large Egg White
  • 1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Corn Starch
  • Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • tbsp. Shaoxing Cooking Wine
  • tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • tbsp. White Vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp. Potato Starch
  • 1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • 5 Dried Cayenne Pepper
  • 3 Garlic cloves, Sliced
  • 1 tbsp. Ginger, Sliced
  • 3 stalks Green Onions, Cut Into 1/2 Inch Pieces.
  • 1/2 Medium Zucchini, cut into cube size
  • 1 tsp. Shaoxing Cooking Wine

Wash the gluten-free chicken breasts. Cut them into slices and then cut them into thick strips.

Lastly, cut into thumb-sized chicken pieces for later use.

Marinate chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, Shaoxing cooking wine, soy sauce, egg whites, chili powder, and corn starch.
