This tasty omelette is a great way to start your day! It takes only a few ingredients and cooks up in no time, creating a light and airy omelette that lets the flavor of the eggs shine through, without any fuss from competing ingredients.

Ingredients:
  • 4 Large Egg Whites
  • 3 Large Egg Yolks
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Spinach, Chopped

Using two bowls, separate egg whites into one bowl and egg yolks into the second bowl.

With a whisk, beat the egg whites until light and fluffy and forming peaks.

Next, beat egg yolks until well-blended.

Pour the egg yolks into the bowl of egg whites, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Using a spatula, gently fold the eggs together, making sure to use a light touch.

Heat the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Pour in the egg mixture and allow it to cover the entire pan.

Turn the heat to low, and place a lid over the pan.

Once the eggs rise to become light and fluffy, and the bottom is a light golden brown, gently lift all edges of the omelette.  Fold the omelette over onto itself in the middle to form a half-circle, then remove pan from the heat.

Place omelette on a plate, sprinkle with chopped spinach and serve.
