  • 1 count Cauliflower
  • 0.25 cup Scallion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 cup Ham
  • 3 count Egg
  • 0.1 cup Oregano
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1.5 cup Mozzarella

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut off the base of the cauliflower root. Halve the cauliflower. With a grater, use the medium-sized holes (the size commonly used to grate cheese.)

Grate the cauliflower in a bowl. Add scallion, garlic, ham, eggs, oregano, salt and pepper mozzarella. Mix well and set aside.

Add olive oil onto a baking tray with baking sheet. Place the mixture on the baking tray covered with mozzarella. Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 20 minutes.
