Ingredients:
  • 2 cup Sticky (Glutinous) rice
  • 1.5 lb Ground Beef
  • 1.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.75 cup Water
  • 0.5 cup Ginger
  • 0.5 cup Green Scallion

Glutinous rice in cold water soaking for 4 hours or overnight. Drain the water and set aside.

Put ground beef in a mixing bowl, add salt, water, mix the meat mixture clockwise until it becomes sticky. Then, add ginger, green scallion, pepper in the same bowl, and mix well.

Form the mixture into meatballs and coat with soaked glutinous rice.
