  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 sprigs of Thyme

First pound the pork chops with a meat mallet to loosen it.

The purpose is to make the meat tender and more flavorful when marinated. Season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp and black pepper.

Put the flour in the tray and wrap the pork chops evenly.

Add oil in a frying pan. Fry the both sides of meat on medium-low heat for 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside until the meat turns golden brown.

Put butter in a frying pan. Add garlic slices, onion, and parsley for 2-3 minutes.

Then add red wine and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add brown sugar, soy sauce, salt and black pepper. Boil the chicken broth over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
