Ingredients:
  • 0.99 lb. Pork ribs, cut into one-bone sections
  • 1.5 lb. Chinese salted pork
  • 1.5 lb. Fresh bamboo shoots, peel and cut into small wedges
  • 3 oz. Bean curd sheet, cut into 3×6 inch rectangles, roll along the long side, twist and tie into a knot(please watch video)
  • 0.25 cup Cooking wine
